Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 gal. tomatoes
1 gal. medium hot banana peppers
1 gal. bell peppers
5 c. vinegar
2 lb. onions or dried onions
2 3/4 c. pickling salt
2 large cans tomato puree
3 pkg. chili mix
2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
-
Mix all together and boil.
Pour into hot canning jars, already cleaned and prepared.
Seal jars.
