Pineapple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chunk pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    5 slices bread, diced
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and set juice side.
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add reserved juice, stirring well.
    Beat egg and add to mixture.
    Stir in pineapple.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with bread cube. Pour melted oleo over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
