Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix (Ann Page)
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 large bottle red cake coloring
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the cake mix, cocoa, sugar, oil and cake coloring. Add the eggs and buttermilk.
    Mix as any other cake mix in 3 thin layers.
    Cook the flour and milk to a thick pudding.
    Place in box to cool.
    Cream the oleo, Crisco, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Beat in the pudding mixture and spread on cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
