Sehr Gut Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
4 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sweet peas, drained
1 hard-cooked egg, quartered
Preparation

Fry bacon until almost crisp.
Add celery and fry until bacon is crisp.
Stir in flour, sugar, salt and dill.
Gradually stir in water and vinegar.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add potatoes and peas; heat through.
Garnish with egg quarters.
May make ahead and refrigerate.
Then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
