Mock Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Blend margarine and cream cheese.
    Add sugar, beat well until mixed.
    Add eggs 1 at a time, blending until smooth; add vanilla. Sift flour, salt and baking powder 3 times.
    Add flour alternately with milk.
    Mix smooth after each addition.
    Pour into greased and floured 10 x 4-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
