Low Calorie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lite Cool Whip
    12 oz. lite cottage cheese
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free orange jello
    1/2 pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Mix Cool Whip and cottage cheese.
    Sprinkle orange jello over it and mix well.
    Mix pineapple with oranges and add 1/2 box of pudding.
    Mix with the mixture of Cool Whip and cottage cheese. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
