Pepperoni Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    24 Melba toast rounds
    24 thin slices pepperoni
Preparation
    Combine cheese, mushrooms, onions and mayonnaise.
    Spread about 2 teaspoons of the mixture on each toast round.
    Place pepperoni slice on top.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Broil 3 to 5 minutes until cheese melts.
    Serve immediately, or keep warm in 250\u00b0 oven.
