Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. warm, cooked squash, slightly drained
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 to 1 c. minced onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    Some additional buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in the order given, pour into an oiled 2 qt. casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
    Top with the additional buttered crumbs and bake 20 minutes longer or until center is firm.
