Honey Butter Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken pieces
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Toss chicken in your favorite coating.
    Melt 1/2 cup butter in roasting pan.
    Roll chicken in butter.
    Arrange in pan skin side down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter with honey and lemon juice.
    Turn chicken skin side up and drizzle with honey mixture.
    Bake another 30 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Serve with steamed rice.
