Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

To make meatballs:
Combine all ingredients (mixture will be soft).
Shape into walnut size meatballs.
Place meatballs in a single layer on wax paper lined cookie sheets.
Freeze until solid.
Store frozen meatballs in freezer bags until ready to cook.
Makes approximately 80 meatballs.
These are good for something rather quick.
Takes approximately 1 hour baking time.
