Red Velvet Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
8 oz. whipped margarine (Blue Bonnet or Parkay)
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook water and cornstarch (stirring constantly until thick). Remove from heat and let stand until cold.
Add sugar, vanilla and margarine.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Spread on cool cake.
