Pastitso-Greek Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. No. 6 macaroni
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. tomato sauce
dash of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of pepper
5 c. milk
flour
5 lightly beaten eggs
Preparation
-
Boil macaroni according to package directions.
Melt 3/4 stick of butter until slightly burned.
Put in macaroni; mix with some Romano cheese.
