Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium avocados
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
    4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    large tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocado in bowl with lemon juice and salt. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise with taco seasoning in another bowl.
    (I use 1/2 of the package of taco seasoning in the sour cream mixture and 1/2 in the refried beans.)
