Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 c. chicken or vegetable stock
2 c. coarsely chopped turkey
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked
breadcrumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute onion and garlic in butter in a large saucepan.
Add flour and seasonings and blend.
Gradually add stock and cook until thickened.
Stir in turkey, mushrooms and cheese.
Fold in cooked spaghetti noodles.
Turn into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish; top with crumbs and bake 30 minutes. Serves 6.
