Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boned chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. dry Marsala wine
    oregano
    17 oz. can apricots, drained
    1/4 to 1/2 stick butter, unsalted
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts and put in baking dish.
    Puree apricots in blender and add lemon juice.
    Pour mixture evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
    Heat Marsala and butter in saucepan until butter is melted.
    Pour over chicken.
    Place under broiler approximately 30 minutes until glaze is brown. Serve with rice or rice pilaf and green veggie.
    Serves 6.
