    1 c. plain cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pepper
Preparation
    Bake 45 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until golden brown.
