Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. finely cut peeled apples

Preparation

Mix together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Sift together the flour, salt and soda.
Add oil mixture and blend well.
Add chopped pecans and apples.
Stir until well mixed. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Pour cake mixture into a large tube or Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
