Double-Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 large egg
    1 can corn, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin pan cups.
    In large bowl, combine flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder, salt and red pepper.
    In medium bowl, whisk milk, butter and egg.
    Stir into dry ingredients just until combined.
    Stir in corn.
    Spoon into prepared pans.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Unmold and serve warm.
    Makes 1 dozen.
