Baked Brie With Crudites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. (1/4 stick) unsalted butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    8 oz. Brie cheese, rind trimmed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (18 oz.) round loaf sourdough bread
    paprika
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a heavy medium skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion and garlic; saute until onion is golden brown, about 10 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Place Brie and cream cheese (cut in large pieces) in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium just until melted, about 2 minutes.
    Whisk in onion mixture, sour cream, fresh lemon juice, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
