Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. carrots
    salt and pepper
    lots of butter
    1 small onion, grated
    1/2 green pepper
    8 oz. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook well carrots; drain.
    Mash.
    Add salt and pepper, lots of butter, onion, green pepper and sharp cheese.
    Grease casserole dish.
    Mix all together.
    Top with 1/2 Pepperidge bread stuffing mix.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
