Sherry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 2 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (about 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 large eggs
3/4 c. The Christian Brothers cream sherry
3/4 c. oil
Preparation

Combine cake mix, pudding mix and nutmeg in large bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Mix at low speed until moistened, then beat at medium speed 3 minutes, or beat by hand 150 strokes per minute!
Turn batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake, below oven center, in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until cake tests done.
Remove from oven and let stand in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn onto wire rack and glass, if desired.
