Cayenne Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large chicken breasts
1 large onion
cayenne pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
2 c. grated cheese
picante sauce (mild)
Preparation

Place chicken breasts in a large pan, sprinkle with seasonings of cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
Cover with onion slices; bake at 400\u00b0 until chicken is done.
Spread picante sauce over chicken and over sauce the grated cheese.
Return to oven just until cheese melts.
Serve with nacho chips and salad.
