Chocolate Crunch Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
4 eggs
1 c. flour
6 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. creamy peanut butter
3 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine sugar and butter in large mixing bowl. Beat at high speed until creamy, scraping bowl occasionally. Add eggs, beating until blended. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.
Spoon into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until edges pull from sides of pan. Cool in pan on wire rack. Spread with Marshmallow Creme. Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a 2-quart pan. Cook over low heat until blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal. Spread over prepared layer. Chill, covered, until set. Cut into 36 bars. Store in refrigerator.
