Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans clams, drained well
1/4 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. minced garlic or 1 clove garlic
Preparation

In a 2 cup measure, put drained clams and enough water to make two cups. Cook garlic in oil until lightly browned. Discard garlic. Add butter and clam juice. Heat to near boil. Add clams and heat through. Do not boil. Add salt to taste and 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley. Serve over spaghetti or noodles.
