Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    1 large bell pepper
    1 large onion
    3 medium carrots, crushed
    1 can condensed milk
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Chop onions and pepper.
    Crush carrots.
    Mix.
    Add condensed milk, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; mix well.
    Let set 3 or 4 hours or overnight before serving.
