Crab Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 qt. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. white crab meat
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. mace
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in top of double boiler; blend in flour until smooth.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
    Add crab meat and seasonings.
    Cook slowly over hot water for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley or paprika.
    Serves 4 to 6.
