Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup corn starch
    1 1/2 cups water
Preparation
    Mix in sauce pan.
    Stir in gradually.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and boils.
    Boil 1 minute. Slowly stir at least 1/2 the hot mixture into 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten.
    Then blend into hot mixture in saucepan.
    Stir constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir until smooth.
    Blend in 3 tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoons grated lemon rind.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue. Bake at 400\u00b0 (moderate hot oven) for 10 minutes.
