Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 red potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook, drain and mash potatoes just like cream potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour in buttered baking dish and top with more butter and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
