Shipwreck Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. potatoes
    1 can peas
    1 can kidney beans
    1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion with seasonings.
    Drain.
    Cook diced celery, carrots and potatoes.
    Reserve liquid.
    Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
