Tropical Fruit Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1 c. peeled, cubed mango
    3 medium kiwi fruit, peeled and quartered
    1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
    1/4 c. lime juice
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in electric blender or food processor until smooth (make sure the
    top is on the blender or food processor).
    Pour into 1
    gallon
    ice cream freezer and freeze according to
    manufacturer's
    instructions.
    Serve immediately when ready.
    Makes 7 (1/2-cup) servings.
