Orange Slice Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. orange slices
    8 eggs
    4 1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dice the pound of orange slices and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of flour.
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add brown sugar and flour and salt.
    Mix well and add chopped nuts. Turn batter into a greased and floured jelly roll pan or 9 x 15-inch pan.
    Bake at 340\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cut while still warm and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
