Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
Preparation
    Place broccoli in baking dish.
    In a medium bowl, combine rice, soups, cheese, celery, onion, water chestnuts, egg and margarine.
    Pour over broccoli and add 1/4 cup crumbled Ritz crackers on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly hot.
