Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    5 tablespoons water
    1 1/2 cup shortening
    1 egg well beaten
    1 tablespoon vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Combine egg, water and vinegar.
    Pour liquid into flour mixture all at once.
    Blend with a spoon just until all is moistened.
    This is an easy crust to make.
    I roll the crust between wax paper and fold,
    Put into pan. On the top crust I brush canned cream, then cut holes, sprinkle sugar on top and put little pieces of oleo on the holes.
    I like to mix in a large tupperwear container and shape into balls.
