Angel Hair Pasta And Tomato Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. angel hair pasta
    4 tomatoes, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of red pepper flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, oil, vinegar and red pepper flakes in skillet.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook until tomatoes are barely heated through and still firm, about 3 minutes.
    Pour over drained pasta.
    Makes 4 servings.
