Philly Beef-A-Roni(In Honor Of "Adios") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can tomato paste (small)
    1 clove fresh garlic, mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. large shell macaroni
    6 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 pt. commercial sour cream (I prefer Borden)
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet.
    Add mushroom soup, tomato paste, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar; cook slowly 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cook macaroni until barely tender; drain.
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Mix cream cheese with milk, sour cream and onion.
