Open-Faced Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 buns
    butter
    1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
    1 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation
    Combine chicken and celery.
    Mix salt, onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix into chicken.
    Split buns.
    Place, cut side down, on broiler rack.
    Brown lightly. Turn and butter cut side. Spread each with 1/4 cup chicken mixture. Toss cheese and corn chips together.
    Sprinkle over chicken.
    Broil 3-inches from heat until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
    Place on tray; garnish.
