Herbed Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. minced, green onions
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    6 Tbsp. melted margarine
    4 tsp. olive oil
    4 halibut steaks
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, parsley, basil and cloves in a bowl.
    Stir in melted margarine.
    Brush four 12-inch foil squares lightly with oil.
    Place 1 fish steak on each square.
    Drizzle with olive oil.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with crumbs.
    Spoon wine around each steak.
    Seal foil securely.
    Place packets on baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    Makes 4 servings.
