Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 c. hot water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/3 c. brown sugar
5 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
extra-coarse salt
Preparation

Mix hot water and yeast until dissolved.
Stir warm water and brown sugar.
Slowly add flour.
Mix until smooth.
Roll dough until smooth and 16-inches for each pretzel.
Twist into shape.
