Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, scrambled in 2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 medium onion, fried in 2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. rice
    8 oz. English peas, drained
Preparation
    Cook rice until tender in salted water.
    Mix all ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup diced Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into flat bakeware.
    Top with cooking cheese.
    Brown cheese in hot oven.
    Serve.
