Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 bunches scallions
    8 lunch crackers, crushed
    1 bunch fresh parsley
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    dash of Worcestershire
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Drain oil from artichoke hearts.
    Reserve hearts.
    Put oil into frying pan.
    Heat.
    Chop scallions and fry in oil until limp. Drain oil, reserve scallions.
