Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. water
    your choice of color
Preparation
    Mix
    and stir over low heat.
    Slowly continue to stir until it kneads like dough.
    The salt base allows mixture to crumble when dry, not gummy.
    Store in 20-ounce canister.
