Red Molded Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    2 pkg. cherry gelatin
    2 c. hot water
    1 can applesauce
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine cheese, celery, mayonnaise and nuts; let stand at room temperature.
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add applesauce and cinnamon.
    Pour half of mixture in pan; congeal.
    Spread layer of cream mixture; top with remaining gelatin mixture and congeal.
