Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 to 2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla or maple
Preparation

Melt butter until brown.
Add brown sugar and cook, stirring, until sugar is melted.
Pour in milk and stir.
Cool.
Add confectioners sugar and extract.
Beat.
