Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    1 small grated potato
    1 jar apple-grape jelly
    1 bottle chili sauce
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Blend jelly, sauce and lemon juice and cook slowly.
    Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic and grated potato.
    Roll to the size of a quarter and drop in cooking sauce.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Makes about 70 meatballs.
