Easy Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    1/2 lb. raw beef or cubed cooked beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cubed cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in frypan at low heat.
    Add macaroni; stir to coat thoroughly with butter.
    Add tomato juice; bring to rapid boil. Stir in beef and onion, salt and pepper.
    Cover; reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese.
    Serve with tossed salad.
