Oven-Barbecued Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef round steak (3/4 inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut the meat into 6 to 8 servings pieces.
    Heat oil in large skillet and brown meat over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer the meat to an ungreased casserole.
