Garlic Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins.
    Cool and shred coarsely.
    In greased casserole dish, alternate layers of potatoes, butter, cheese, onion, sour cream, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
