Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
3/4 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown beef and garlic in oil; add tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings.
Simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
Fill casserole with alternating layers of noodles, Mozzarella cheese, Ricotta cheese, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese, ending with sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
