Snicker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 can chocolate icing
    1 stick butter
    1 (14 oz.) bag Kraft caramels
    1 small can cream
    1 c. nuts or peanuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Mix cake mix according to package.
    Pour 1/2 the cake mix in pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
