Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 cans evaporated milk
    3 c. pumpkin
    1 to 3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs first.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
